Appeals

If you believe your content was removed in error, you can appeal within 14 days of removal. Contact support@tago.savhfresh.co.uk with your account email and a description of the content removed.

No Monitoring Obligation

Savhfresh Ltd has no obligation to monitor, review, or moderate user-generated content. We act as a passive host. The existence of these guidelines does not create any duty on us to proactively search for, identify, or remove content. Our ability to moderate is limited and we make no guarantee that all violating content will be identified or removed promptly.

Reliance on Tago as a safe environment is at your own risk. Savhfresh Ltd is not liable for any harm caused by content posted by other users.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines, without prior notice and without liability. For severe violations — including any content involving child safety — we will report to the National Crime Agency (CEOP) and other relevant authorities without warning.
