Terms of Service

Tago is an AI video, live streaming, and creator platform operated by Savhfresh Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered address at 25 Pendragon Apartments, 57-60 Clarence Parade, Southsea, PO5 2HR (“Savhfresh”, “we”, “us”, “Tago”).

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tago. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf. By using Tago, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

We reserve the right to verify your age and to suspend accounts where we have reasonable grounds to believe eligibility requirements are not met.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account, transfer it, or allow any other person to use it.

You must notify us immediately at support@tago.savhfresh.co.uk if you suspect any unauthorised use. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Tago is a hosting platform. All content on Tago — including videos, live streams, posts, comments, messages, product listings, and profile information — is created, uploaded, and controlled entirely by users. Savhfresh Ltd does not create, commission, curate, pre-screen, verify, endorse, or adopt any user-generated content as its own.

Savhfresh Ltd acts as a passive conduit and host for user content within the meaning of the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002 and, where applicable, the Digital Services Act. We have no actual knowledge of specific unlawful content unless it has been notified to us and we have failed to act expeditiously to remove or disable access to it.

You retain full ownership of the original content you post. By posting content on Tago, you grant Savhfresh Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, transcode, display, distribute, reproduce, and promote your content within the platform and in connection with operating and marketing Tago. This licence ends when you delete the content, subject to reasonable technical retention periods.

You are solely and entirely responsible for your content and for ensuring it: (a) does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights; (b) does not violate any applicable law or regulation; (c) is not defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, hateful, or harmful; (d) complies with these Terms and our Community Guidelines. You confirm you hold all rights, licences, and permissions necessary to post your content.

We may remove or disable access to content at any time and without prior notice or liability to you.

Tago enables creators to list and sell products and services to other users. Savhfresh Ltd is not the seller of record for any transaction between users unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. We are not a party to any contract of sale between a buyer and a seller.

Savhfresh Ltd makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, safety, legality, or fitness for purpose of any goods or services listed by sellers. We are not responsible for any loss arising from a transaction between users, including non-delivery, counterfeit goods, defective products, or seller fraud.

We provide a dispute escalation process as a courtesy only. Providing that process does not create any liability or obligation for Savhfresh Ltd to resolve disputes or compensate any party.

You agree not to use Tago to:

• Post, transmit, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringe any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person
• Impersonate any person, entity, or organisation
• Spam, harass, stalk, or intimidate other users
• List, sell, or promote counterfeit, stolen, prohibited, or dangerous goods
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with platform security or access controls
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape data or interact with the platform without written permission
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any malicious code
• Create false accounts, buy followers or engagement, or manipulate platform metrics
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable law

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and may be reported to law enforcement where appropriate.

All Tago branding, trademarks, trade names, logos, design, software, and original content produced by Savhfresh Ltd are the exclusive property of Savhfresh Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Tago's intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Tago is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

We do not warrant that: (a) the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure; (b) any content on the platform is accurate, complete, or reliable; (c) defects will be corrected; or (d) the platform or its servers are free of viruses or harmful components. You use Tago entirely at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Savhfresh Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the platform
• User-generated content, including content that is defamatory, offensive, illegal, or infringing
• Transactions between users, including non-delivery, defective goods, or fraud by a seller
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
• The conduct of any third party on or off the platform

Savhfresh Ltd's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the greater of (a) £100 or (b) the total fees paid by you to Savhfresh Ltd in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Savhfresh Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of Tago, your content, your violation of these Terms, or any transaction between you and another user.

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or where we determine that continued access poses a risk. You may terminate your account at any time via tago.social/delete-account.

Tago may contain links to third-party websites or services. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, any third-party content, products, or services. Accessing third-party links is entirely at your own risk.

In the event of a dispute, contact us first at legal@tago.savhfresh.co.uk so we can attempt to resolve it informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Tago after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and Savhfresh Ltd regarding your use of Tago.
