Intellectual Property Policy

All branding, design, code, trademarks, and original content produced by Savhfresh Ltd are the exclusive property of Savhfresh Ltd. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any Tago intellectual property without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of the original content you create and upload to Tago. See our Terms of Service for details of the licence you grant us to host and display your content.

If you believe content on Tago infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice to:

Your notice must include:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The URL or location of the allegedly infringing content on Tago
• Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address above. Your counter-notice must include your contact information, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your signature.

Tago will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers, in accordance with applicable law.

If you believe content on Tago infringes your trade mark, contact legal@tago.savhfresh.co.uk with the mark in question, the infringing content, and evidence of your rights.

Savhfresh Ltd does not monitor content for intellectual property infringement. We act as a passive host. We are not liable for any infringement committed by users of the platform. Liability for infringing content rests solely with the user who posted it.

We comply with valid takedown notices expeditiously and in good faith. Filing a false or abusive takedown notice may expose you to legal liability under applicable law.
