Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact the seller directly or email support@tago.savhfresh.co.uk.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund: open the order in your Tago account, tap “Request Refund”, and select a reason. The seller will be notified and has 5 business days to respond. If the seller does not respond, we will process the refund automatically.
Refund Timelines
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund: digital downloads once accessed; custom or personalised items made to your specification; perishable goods; and items damaged after delivery due to misuse.
Faulty or Not as Described
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the categories above, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
