Creator Terms

A “Creator” on Tago is any user who publishes videos, goes live, operates a shop, or earns revenue through the platform. By activating any creator feature, you agree to these Creator Terms.

You retain full ownership of the content you create. By publishing on Tago, you grant Savhfresh Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, transcode, distribute, and promote your content within the platform and for Tago marketing purposes. You can withdraw this licence at any time by deleting the content.

You confirm that you hold all rights necessary to grant this licence — including music, footage, and third-party materials featured in your content.

Creators may earn revenue through product sales, tips, and other monetisation features. Payouts are processed according to the payout schedule displayed in Creator Studio. Savhfresh Ltd charges a platform fee on each transaction, as displayed at the point of sale.

You are responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on your earnings. Tago provides earnings summaries in Creator Studio but is not your tax agent.

Payouts require a valid payout account to be connected. Unpaid balances are held for a maximum of 90 days if no payout account is connected, after which they may be forfeited.

If you operate a shop on Tago, you are the seller of record for all products you list. You are responsible for:

• Accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing
• Fulfilling orders promptly and to the standard described
• Handling returns and refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy
• Ensuring all listed products are legal to sell in your jurisdiction and the buyer's jurisdiction

Listing counterfeit, prohibited, or dangerous goods will result in immediate shop suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Live streams must comply with our Community Guidelines at all times. You are solely responsible for the content of your live streams, including interactions with viewers. Tago does not pre-screen live content but may terminate streams that violate our guidelines.

Savhfresh Ltd provides creator tools — including shops, payouts, and live streaming — “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee revenue, viewership, payout timelines, or platform uptime.

As a creator and/or seller, you are solely responsible for your content, your products, your representations to buyers, your compliance with applicable laws, and any disputes arising from your activity on the platform. Savhfresh Ltd has no liability to buyers or third parties arising from your actions as a creator or seller.

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Savhfresh Ltd, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, cost, or expense (including legal fees) arising from: your content; your products or listings; your failure to fulfil an order; any dispute with a buyer; or your breach of these Creator Terms or any applicable law.

Savhfresh Ltd may suspend or terminate your creator account if you violate these terms, our Community Guidelines, or our Terms of Service. In the event of termination for cause, any outstanding payout balance may be withheld pending investigation.

We may modify creator tools, fee structures, or monetisation features with 30 days' notice where reasonably practicable. Continued use of creator features after notice constitutes acceptance of the changes.
